2. ASD secundum — left to right shunt.
3. Moderate pulmonary stenosis — peak gradient 31 mmHg.
4. MPA significantly enlarged (Z +3.9, BSA-indexed).
5. Normal LV systolic function (EF 68%, FS 37%, GLS −19.4%).
6. Diastolic function: Grade I — normal.
7. No pericardial effusion. RVSP 30 mmHg — No PAH.
8. Cardiology review and intervention planning recommended.
Follow-up echo: 3 months.
